About Us

Gholdenphish has two directors Amanda Baines and Nick Siddle. The directors design our bespoke programs and are the lead coaches. Our associates add the expert skills that are needed for some programs and include specialized trainers, additional business coaches and experts in a range of areas from negotiation and conflict resolution to law and property.

Amanda Baines

Amanda combines a natural enthusiasm and dynamism, with long experience coaching senior executives and business owners and their teams.  She is future oriented, which means that she can inspire her clients to drive their teams and their business forward.

Amanda has a background of 15 years in marketing and sales promotion for a number of Blue Chip Companies, before qualifying and working as a Coach.  She has a BA in English & Drama and enjoys running workshops and giving lively presentations, as well as one to one CEO and executive coaching.

Ask her what she believes her greatest strength to be, and she will tell you she is a 'Maximiser'.  Amanda has a passion for helping her clients turn 'average' into 'excellent'.

Nick Siddle

Nick has a strategic brain and a fascination for ideas that bring both clarity and a new perspective to each client's business. 

He has been coaching and training for over 20 years and worked for international agencies as well as alongside marketing and sales departments in global pharmaceutical companies. This has given him a thorough understanding of branding, marketing and how to run successful teams. 

Nick is fascinated by the different ways Leaders achieve their success and how to communicate new skills and understanding to such a diverse group. He worked for 12 months helping to write a Leadership Program for the Institute of Human Development, and is an astute observer of what makes one leader succeed and another fail. 

He is passionate about helping business owners and executives become effective leaders of high performing teams, and the impact this has on the bottom line.
