Working to StrengthsThe Gallup Organization have showed convincingly that focusing on individual Strengths is a better strategy than attempting to train away weak performance. We use the StrengthsFinder profile as our individual assessment tool and to increase interpersonal understanding. We believe this is more easily understood than Myers-Briggs or Kolbe profiles and can be readily applied to teams. Effective managersWe work with individual managers and management teams to create uniformly effective management practices. The agenda includes coaching better performance in one to one meetings with staff, effective delegation, next-step goal setting and how to deal with poor performance. |
