Great leadership – CEO and senior manager coaching

Your workforce needs to know who they are serving, what makes them unique, how to tell if they are doing well and where to start improving today.
We will work with a CEO, a board or a whole management team to facilitate good answers to these questions and generate a communication strategy and plan for implementation across the organization.

Winning businesses have a collaborative culture. We will map your organizations current culture using the Johnson & Scholes model as a basis for a plan to influence this constructively.

Working to Strengths

The Gallup Organization have showed convincingly that focusing on individual Strengths is a better strategy than attempting to train away weak performance. We use the StrengthsFinder profile as our individual assessment tool and to increase interpersonal understanding. We believe this is more easily understood than Myers-Briggs or Kolbe profiles and can be readily applied to teams.

Effective managers

We work with individual managers and management teams to create uniformly effective management practices. The agenda includes coaching better performance in one to one meetings with staff, effective delegation, next-step goal setting and how to deal with poor performance.
